Combi boilers are ideal for smaller homes with limited space, this is because they don’t need any additional hot water cylinders or cold water tanks as you would with a system or regular boiler. Combi boilers are designed with both the water heater and central heating unit all in one, resulting in them being compact and lightweight, so they can be installed into a standard kitchen cupboard.
With an output of 32kW, the C32 is ideal for medium-sized homes that don’t have an excessive need for heating and hot water but have up to 20 radiators. The C32 is mid-range when it comes to output in this range. The C36 and C42 combi boilers are available for those with a higher demand for heating and hot water, meanwhile, the C24 and C28 are also available for smaller homes with less demand.
