Combi boilers are often the recommended choice for smaller properties with limited space. This is because a combi boiler doesn't require a hot water storage cylinder or cold water storage tanks.
The Vokera Evolve combi gas boilers have five outputs ranging from 24kW to 42kW. This particular model, the C24 is the least powerful of its range, with an output of 24kW. However, don’t let this put you off as this combi boiler is powerful enough to heat a home with between 10 and 15 radiators, ideal for smaller homes.
