The EcoTec Plus 435 is the most powerful boiler in its range, with a central heating output rating of 35.1kW, making it well suited for medium-sized properties with as many as 20 radiators. If you have a smaller home with less than 20 radiators, then you most likely won’t need this demand for central heating and hot water. If this is the case, then Vaillant has designed the EcoTec Plus 412, 415, 418, and 424 are also available for homes with a lesser demand for heating and hot water.
It is important to note when purchasing a new or replacement regular boiler, that you will need to accommodate for an additional cold water tank that is usually fitted in the attic of your home, and also a hot water cylinder. A regular boiler requires enough room for all the substantial pipework needed to connect all parts. This is why we don’t recommend regular boilers for homes with limited space.
