- Annual Boiler Service: Keep your boiler running efficiently and safely with a yearly professional service.
- Boiler, Flue & Controls: We cover repairs to your boiler, the flue (which removes exhaust gases), and the essential controls that operate your boiler.
- Gas Pipework: Coverage for the gas pipework that supplies your boiler.
- Central Heating System & Associated Heating Parts: This includes items like radiators, radiator valves, and the wider central heating pipework beyond the boiler’s immediate gas supply.
- Home Electric System: We cover issues with your home’s internal electrical wiring and components.
- Plumbing & Water Supply Pipe Work: Protection for your home’s internal plumbing system and water supply pipes.
- Drains & Waste Pipe Work: Coverage for blockages or repairs related to your property’s internal drainage and waste pipes.
- Free Boiler Replacement (subject to conditions): If your boiler is deemed beyond economical repair (BER) by WarmZilla and is under 7 years old, we will provide a free replacement.
What's Not Covered in Our Total Plan:
To make sure this plan suits your needs, please note the following exclusions:
- Sludge or Scale Issues: Problems caused by the build-up of sludge or limescale within your system are not covered.
- Showers, Taps, Basins, Toilets & Baths: These sanitaryware items and their associated plumbing are not included.
- Light Fittings & Light Bulbs: The replacement or repair of light fittings and bulbs is not covered.
- Outside Lights & Garden/Garage/Outhouse Lighting: External lighting and wiring outside your main home are excluded.
- Extractor Fans or Appliances: Repairs or replacements for extractor fans and household appliances are not covered.
