The Potterton Titanium 30kW is the most powerful regular boiler in this range, with an output rating of 30kW, perfect for medium-sized homes with up to 20 radiators and up to 2 bathrooms. Meanwhile, many smaller homes will not require this kW output for central heating and hot water. In this case, the 12kW, 15kW, 18kW and the Titanium 24kW are available for homes with lesser demand.
It is important to note when purchasing a new or replacement regular boiler that you will need to accommodate for an additional hot water storage tank, a cold water tank, a fed, and an expansion cistern. Therefore, they are not recommended for smaller homes with limited space. However, if space is not an issue in your home, then a regular boiler could be perfect.
