This Zappi by Myenergi 7kW electric charger is ideal for most UK homes and will fit any home's aesthetic with its futuristic but contemporary design.

This model has a 6.5m type 2 cable fitted.

It is a compact unit offering versatility and easy installation. Zappi is an innovative home charger.

It can either work as a standard EV (Electric Vehicle) charger from the house mains or completely charge your electric car, using green energy generated from your Solar PV or wind generation.

This unit is also fully waterproof with an IP65 rating, which allows it to withstand the most brutal weather conditions. As a light unit weighing in at 5.5kg with easy mounting accesses, it can be easily fitted to most materials and the tightest of spots. This unit can also be indoors, ideal for a garage or outbuilding.

The Zappi can operate in three modes: Eco, Eco+ and Fast.

Eco mode is a blend of green energy and grid energy with the aim of charging the EV using only green energy. It operates at a minimum of 1.4kW but will boost the charge from grid energy if required.

ECO+ will control the power going to your electric car to match the surplus generation. Charge power is constantly modified in response to changes in a generation or power consumption elsewhere in a home.

The EV charging will pause if there is too much-imported power, continuing only when surplus free energy is available. This could cause problems if you need a quick charge, but it works a treat for most overnight charges.

Finally, Fast, as soon as an EV is plugged in, it'll start charging. The EV will be charged at maximum power as fast as possible. This power can come from renewable energy sources like wind, solar, or the grid if necessary.
