The Logic Plus Heat H12 regular boiler is compact and lightweight so that it can be installed neatly in replacement of a standard kitchen cupboard. However, it is important to note that when purchasing a new or replacement regular gas boiler, you will need to accommodate for the additional cold water tank and feed that is typically located in the attic, as well as a hot water cylinder.
This is because regular boilers are fed by a cold water cistern, this water is then heated in the unit and stored in a separate hot water cylinder for when needed. For this reason, we don't recommend regular boilers to comes with limited space. On the plus side, this means you will have access to instant hot water whenever you need it.
While the Ideal Logic Plus Heat H12 has the lowest output of the range, it is perfect for smaller properties with up to 10 radiators. For homes with a higher demand for central heating and hot water, the range also includes output ratings of 15kW, 18kW, 24kW and 30kW.
