The HomeSafe Plan includes an annual boiler service carried out by a Gas Safe engineer. After your service has been carried out you will be provided with a Gas Safety Certificate. We’ll contact you one month prior to your service due date to get a convenient date and time booked in.
Your HomeSafe plan also covers your central heating system including radiator repairs, controls (programmer, pump, zone valves & thermostats), flues and central heating pipework.
There are no excess fees or callout charges to pay with your HomeSafe Plan, just one monthly fee, followed by complete protection, giving you peace of mind on your heating system.
The HomeSafe Plan does not include the repair/replacement of your boiler, parts damaged by sludge or limescale, heat pumps, radiators deemed BER (beyond economical repair) or showers/taps.
