With an efficiency rating of 92% and an ErP A-rating for both central heating and hot water, the Advance OV 24kW regular gas boiler could potentially help you reduce your energy bills, depending on your current boilers efficiency rating.
With an output of 24kW for central heating, this regular boiler is the most powerful in the range and can comfortably heat a small home with up to 15 radiators. For homes with lesser demand, there is also a 15kW and 18kW model available.
However, it is important to remember that when purchasing a new or replacement regular boiler, you will need an additional hot water storage cylinder installed in an airing cupboard or similar sized space in your home. You will also need a cold water tank and a feed that supplies your boiler with cold water. These are typically installed in an attic.
Although regular boilers are ideal for homes that require an instant demand for hot water, they do take up more space. For this reason, we don’t recommend regular boilers to homes with limited room.
