With an output of 18kW for central heating, this regular boiler can comfortably heat a small home with up to 15 radiators. For homes with higher demand for instant hot water and central heating, there is also a 24kW available. For smaller homes with lesser demand, the 15kW would be more suitable.
The Biasi Advance OV 18kW regular gas boiler is highly efficient and reliable and has been designed to be compact and lightweight so that it can be installed neatly inside your standard kitchen cupboard.
However, it is important to remember that when purchasing a new or replacement regular boiler, you will need an additional hot water storage cylinder installed in an airing cupboard or similar sized space in your home. You will also need a cold water tank and a feed that supplies your boiler with cold water. These are typically installed in an attic.
Although regular boilers are ideal for homes that require an instant demand for hot water, they do take up more space. For this reason, we don’t recommend regular boilers to homes with limited room.
