The Baxi 630 is a highly reliable regular (heat only) gas boiler, that has been designed to be compact and lightweight, and can be easily installed into a standard kitchen cupboard. However, it is important to note that when purchasing a new or replacement heat-only boiler, you will need to make sure you have extra room for a hot water storage tank (usually located in an airing cupboard of your home) as well as a cold water tank and a feed, that is typically installed in the attic.
If you have a smaller home with limited space, you may want to consider the Baxi 600 combi boiler range, as this will be more suitable for your home. On the other hand, if space is not an issue in your home, then a regular boiler could be the perfect model of boiler for you, as it provides instant hot water, whenever it is needed.
The Baxi 630 is the most powerful regular boiler in its range, with an output of 30kW for central heating. This is powerful enough to heat a medium-sized home with up to 20 radiators and up to 2 bathrooms. Smaller homes may not require this demand for central heating and hot water, in this case, Baxi has designed the 613, 616, 619 and the Baxi 625 regular boilers for homes with lesser demand.
