The Baxi 619 has been designed to be compact and lightweight and can be easily installed into a standard kitchen cupboard, saving you space in your home. However, it is important to note that when purchasing a new or replacement heat-only boiler, you will need to make sure you have extra room for a hot water storage tank; which is usually located in an airing cupboard of your home, as well as a cold water tank and a feed, that is installed in the attic. Therefore, if you have a smaller home with limited space, you may want to consider a combi boiler, as this will be more suitable for your home.
On the other hand, if space is not an issue in your home, then a regular boiler could be the perfect model of boiler for you, as it provides instant hot water, whenever it is needed.
The Baxi 619 regular boiler has an output of 19kW, perfect for medium-sized homes with up to 15 radiators and a main bathroom. For homes with a higher demand for instant hot water, the Baxi 625 and Baxi 630 are available. Meanwhile, for smaller homes wither lesser demand, the Baxi 613 and Baxi 616 are available.
