The Baxi 613 is the least powerful regular boiler in its range. However, with an output of 13kW, this regular boiler is perfect for smaller homes with up to 10 radiators. Meanwhile, if your home has a higher demand for central heating and hot water, the Baxi range also includes the Baxi 616, 619, 625 and the Baxi 630 (reaching 30kW), so there is a boiler for everyone.
It is important to note when purchasing a new or replacement regular boiler, that you will need to accommodate for an additional cold water storage tank, which is typically installed in the attic of your home, as well as a hot water storage cylinder, usually installed in an airing cupboard. For this reason, regular boilers are not recommended for smaller homes with limited space.
