The Baxi 430 regular boiler is the most powerful heat-only boiler in its range, with an output of 30kW for central heating. This output is powerful enough to heat a home with up to 20 radiators and up to two bathrooms. Meanwhile, if your home has lesser demand for heating and hot water then the Baxi 412, 415, 418, or 424 with kW outputs between 12kW and 24kW, and may be better suited to your home.
Although regular boilers are ideal for families that require instant hot water, regular boilers are not recommended for smaller homes with limited space. This is because they need an additional hot water storage cylinder and also a feed and expansion tank, usually located in an airing cupboard and the attic of your home.
However, if space is not an issue in your home, the boiler unit itself is compact and lightweight.
