The Baxi 212 is the least powerful heat only boiler in the 200’s range, with an output of only 12kW. However, this boiler can still heat a small property with up to 10 radiators. If your home has a higher demand for both central heating and hot water, the Baxi 215, 218, 224, and 230 regular boilers are also available.
Regular boilers are ideal for family homes that have a high demand for both central heating and hot water. This is because they are fed with cold water from a water storage tank, which is usually installed in the attic of your home, this is then heated in the boiler and then stored in a hot water cylinder to use when needed.
However, it is important to note, that if your home has limited space, regular boilers are not recommended. On the plus side, the Baxi 200 range is also available as a combi boiler for smaller homes.
