Alpha E-Tec 15R Regular Boiler

The Alpha E-Tec 15R is the least powerful in its range, with a central heating output of 15.1kW, but don’t let this put you off as it is still powerful enough to heat a smaller home with up to 10 radiators and one bathroom. However, if you feel that your home requires a higher demand for heating and hot water, Alpha has designed the E-Tec 20R with an output of 20kW and the E-Tec 25R with an output of 25kW, which could be better suited to your home.

It is important to note when purchasing a new or replacement regular gas boiler, that you will need to accommodate for an additional hot water storage cylinder and a cold-water storage tank, which is usually installed in the attic. As a result of these additional elements, regular boilers are not recommended for homes with limited space.
